About Us

Gi-Techs is the largest veteran-led field services support team in the United States. These services are completed by a team of soldiers that have transitioned from active-duty military, veterans, and other trained personnel that have completed a rigorous training program from the Veterans Training Empowerment Center (VTEC) on Fort Benning Army Base. in Columbus, Georgia. Our technicians are trained and certified in more than the technical (hard skills) aspect of service delivery but also trained in soft skills which are imperative in supporting customers.

We have three missions:

 

• Mission 1: Maintain Gi-Tech's 95% or higher customer service rating for our customers and partners. 

• Mission 2: We are expanding our field service team to meet growing demand and provide faster, more reliable support for our customers.

• Mission 3: ​Provide employees of our team with opportunities to expand Gi-Techs services to communities and cities across the United States.

We understand that we cannot control everything, however, our effort, determination, and performance will always be outstanding.
