About Us

Gi-Techs is the largest veteran-led field services support team in the United States. These services are completed by a team of soldiers that have transitioned from active-duty military, veterans, and other trained personnel that have completed a rigorous training program from the Veterans Training Empowerment Center (VTEC) on Fort Moore Army Base. in Columbus, Georgia. Our technicians are trained and certified in more than the technical (hard skills) aspect of service delivery but also trained in soft skills which are imperative in supporting customers.

We have three missions:

 

• Mission 1: Maintain Gi-Techs customer service rating of 95% or higher for our customers and partners. 

• Mission 2: Expand our field service team to 10,000 Gi-Tech technicians that provide services worldwide. 

• Mission 3: ​Provide employees of our team with Gi-Techs franchise opportunities to expand to communities and cities across the United States.
