Deductible / Service Fee
If a service fee is due, this fee must be paid for the repair to move forward, which includes submitting the diagnosis report, ordering parts, and completing the repair. If the service or deductible fee is not paid, your repair will be placed on hold until the fee is paid. These are mandatory fees that your warranty provider has instructed us to collect to engage in repair. 

COVID19
Our goal is to keep you and our technicians safe; we follow the strict process below. If you or one of our technicians, by chance, fall into one of the categories, we will alert you immediately. If you fall in one of the categories before your appointment please advise us as well.

• Have recently been in contact with anyone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.

• Visited a high-risk area.

• Have a 100.4 degree F temperature or have cough or shortness of breath symptoms.

• We appreciate your assistance in keeping everyone as healthy and safe as possible.
   

FRAUD
Please be advised that any false claims or credit disputes will be handed over to our litigation department and all other parties affected, such as your warranty provider, issuing bank, or credit card services provider, immediately. Any acts of fraud or misconduct will be handed over to law enforcement and all legal fees to collect our payments will be included in our legal actions.
