In emergencies, the safety of building occupants and first responders often depends on the reliable availability of firefighters, EMS, and police two-way radio communications. However, the same modern building materials that result in high energy efficiency impede the ubiquitous outdoor wireless signals from entering the building.

VTEC Commercial ERCES provides complete in‑building Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement Systems (ERCES, referred to as ERRCS) for emergency radio coverage to support public safety and first responders.

Our professional team holds FCC General Radiotelephone Operator Licenses (GROL), including licensed journeyman electricians, project managers, pre-construction, in-house designers and drafters, and installation personnel.
